I don't see the logic of your question. You are just asking people online about the outcome of an application which is with UKBA. Well, how can anyone tell? Its upto UKBA what they decide. Just wait for the decision and take it from there.

I HAVE QUESTION ITS REALY URGENT AND CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME BEST ADVISE FOR THAT I MUST OBLIGED FOR THAT


MY QUESTION IS



MY SISTER HAD TWO YEARS SPOUSE VISA SHE IS OVER FIVE MONTH AND SHE IS CLAMING CARE ALLOWENCE FOR HER MOTHER IN LAW AND ALSO CHILD TAX CREDIT AND ALSO WORKING TAX CREDIT ON HIS PARTNER NAME BUT THE CARE ALLOWNCE ON HER NAME NOW. SHE APPLIED FOR ILR TWO WEEKS AGO WHATS HER CHANCES WILL SHE GET ILR OR SHE WILL GET REFUSED I AM REALLY WORRIED ABOUT HER. WHAT IS THE BEST OPTION FOR HER.

Did she declare in her application that she was receiving Care Allowance?

If not she might want to consider sending a letter to chase it - explaining why it was in her name and not her husband's. It might be a bit risky to just leave it.
