Dear SirI wonder if I could encrouch on your good nature to help me with these two questions:1) How Many parliaments are there within the countries in UK?

2) Which countries(England, N.Ireland, Wales, Scotland) local govt. has the most authority in UK?

Thank you

1. Apart from England, there is a parliament in Scotland and both Wales and Northern Ireland have assemblies.

2. If you are asking about the powers of each parliament, the simple answer would be England as the parliament in England will have the say on most issues however local governments will only make decision on issues directly affecting them.
