Hello guys,

I am planning to apply my ILR in Feb 2009 and In my visa i am seeing the following dates

Date of issue - Valid Until

08 march 2005- 05 sep 2005

14 sep 2005 - 05 sep 2007 ---- 9 days

09 aug 2007 - 05 mar 2008

14 apr 2008 - 05 march 2009 --- 1 month 9days

I am 100% sure my employer applied everything ontime and those two gaps because of home office need some information about my application.I am having the following questions.

1) Am i eligible to apply ILR or not - i am here all those days because of home office delays

2) Do i need to get the SAR from home office?.If yes,please give me the correct address,fee and letter format i need to send home office for SAR.

Some one could you please help me on this issue.I am really getting nevers now.
