Dear and lovely people,

I am a Non-EEA Family member married to an EEA family member in October-2004

Applied for residence stamp, first one was for six months and then for 5 years.  5 years stamp going to be expire in August 2011.   I sent my passport to HO last December 2010 for PR.  I think I should have sent it   for Naturalisation?

My Question is when did I become EEA Family Member?

After getting the first Residence Stamp? OR

After getting married in Oct-2004 to EEA family member

We both are working and my EEA family member got Work Registration certificate in March 2005 and working since then.

Am I right to withdraw my application for PR and apply for Naturalisation?

Need your valuable advice and help

Cheers Guys
