I am writing to know the correct decetion for me under the following situation.
I came to UK under HSMP visa on 11/03/2007.My entry clearence was issued on 15/01/2007.and my current extention will expire on 15/01/2012.and on that day my total stay in the uk will be 4yrs.10months.4days.
What i need to do? do I apply for a further extention to cover the 5yrs period of apply for ILR.
If i need to apply for FLR then what form should i use ? as my HSMP approval letter was issued on 03/11/2006.
Please advice me
