I married to an EU woman and I have got my 5 years residency permit in UK through married to her.  I got divorce with her after 2 years of married. I have got a British born baby with another woman who got indefinate to remain in UK. My question is if  i send my divorce letter including my baby British passport and my passport  can i get my indefinate to remain in UK or what is this process applying for my indefinate to remain in UK  . i will like to hear from u guys asap

There is no procedure to obtain ILR for you.

You need to get married to another woman, leave the country, and apply for a new spouse visa.
