I am a british citizen by nationalization. I live in the UK presently with my wife and daughter. We are both working and we need help with our daughter. So we thought if we could invite my sister to work for us from Nigeria....

Want to know the kind of visa we should apply for her. and what she is entitled to if she get in. and the documentation we need to provide to support her application.

There is no visa type or procedure for your sister to come and work for you.

She can only apply for normal visit visa. She will be entitled to nothing whatsoever. She must leave before her visa expires, and there is no possibility of converting her visa to any other visa type from within UK.
