Well done for putting yourselves in such trouble. 


Your application will be refused.


You have not even mentioned the category you are in right now.


There may be a possibility to apply for extension of your current status.


Then when you have LiUK test, you can apply for ILR.

I NEED ADVISE URGENTLY, I HAVE BOOKED FOR THE ABOVE TEST , BUT ALL TEST CENTRES  IN MY AREA OF BIRMINGHAM ARE OVER SUBSCRIBED UNTIL MARCH AND I NEED TO SEND OFF MY VISA APPLICATION NEXT WEEK BEFORE IT EXPIRES.CAN I SEND THE DOCUMENTS AND THE LIFE IN THE UK LATER. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO A BIT DESPERATE

Try contacting the test centre directly. Also look out for cancellations of Life in the UK tests. This is really unfourtunate but I hope you manage to get everything fixed. Meanwhile you should do some practice tests to pass it first time because you are out of time already.


Why didn't you book the test before?
