HEY all, just wanted to know if am along the right lines with my immigration issues:
I came into the UK APRIL 2006 on a spouse visa,
I can apply for ILR in April 2008, (after taking life in uk test and passing it)
Once ILR is granted thn i can apply for:
Naturalisation (British Nationality/Apply for British Passport) in APRIL 2009 after commencing 3years in the UK?
I never thought setteling in the UK would be this STRESSFUL!!!
