there's a part in the citizenship application form where I need to provide the last addresses for 5 years.  I have lived here for 8 years, 4 years at current address, 2 years at previous address, and another 2 years at another address.  do I just provide my last 2 address (last 5 years) or I need to provide all?

and I've never known my father, what do I put on the form?  unknown??

thanks.

Hi There,

I recently got my british citizenship as naturalization.

I have been living in the UK for 9 years, but on the form I put only the last five years because you just need to provide the minimum requirements for the application process.

regarding, your father's details I would use the same information that you used to obtain the passport with which you entered in the UK.

I guess, you could also leave it blank if you want but I would google a bit more to see what to do in that case.

Hope this helps someways.......good luck!
