The NCS offices are listed -complete with phone numbers - on the IND website - http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/applying/nationality/ncs
I'd suggest that you call around - and also write a letter of complaint about the inadequate service available in Hounslow!

Can someone let me know about any place where NCS can be done in the net week or so. The appointment at Hounslow is not until mid-October.
