I've been living in this country since 2001 as an asylum seeker, I got the ILR which is outside of imigration rule, am I eligible for naturalisation this year? need your help guys somewhere.

If you have lived in this country for more than 5 years *and* you have held ILR for 12 months or more, then you should be eligible. I don't think it matters how you actually acquired your ILR.
