hi ,

i was given a 12 months residence permitt to accquire child access from my ex-wife ,now i got a court order for child access.can i apply for ILR if so which form and documents do i need.I have been in this country legally for 7 years now.

I think you should be able to apply but definitely check with a solicitor or adviser
