Was really anxious about the test. I had done all the test questions on this site and read up the book, however still felt rather apprehensive about how the real test would be.

In the end, all the preparatory work done through doing the test questions on this site and reading through the book, completed the questions in about five minutes and passed!

The real questions are very close to the questions on here. The wording might be slightly different, but the nature of the questions are the same.

If you do the questions on here thoroughly enough to get 100% every time, then you should have no worries at all. Of course, you should still read the book, but the questions on here are definitely very useful!
