Hi I am a hungarian EEA national, and I have just applied for the LITUK test, and started preparing my AN form. I have hoever noticed something under directive 6 in the guide, which makes me think I do not qualify fot naturalisation yet? I arrived in the UK on 15th Oct 2008, and have been fully employed since then in the NHS. I was under the impression that I can apply on 15th Oct 2013, 5 years later? But it seems that AFTER the 5 years I need to stay as a permanant resident for a further one year? Is that right? If so, 2 questions please: 1- Should I cancel my like in UK test? I was planning on taking it next week? 2- How many days am I allowed to leave the UK over the course of this SIXTH YEAR? Many thanks
