Spouse is after 2 years.  Actually 23 months after entering the UK but prior to expiration of your 2 year visa (or something like that -- check HO site for exact details, and email them with any queries, retaining a copy of the replies).

Hi currently i am preparing for my test.I came here as a spouse visa[husband].I got two years visa when can i apply for ILR?I am bit confused is it after two years or three years?I will be grateful if anybody can help thanks
