I went to USA in Aug 1998 on student visa(F1) and hold valid visa till February 2002. From March 2002 to April 2006 I overstayed my visa in the USA. Since May 2006 I am living in India, my country of citizenship. I am planninf to marry a UK citizen. I understand I have to mention about my overstay in VAF(4) application form for UK settlement visa. How does this affect my visa application? Will I be interviewed about this matter?
