I am holding tier 1 visa, planning to apply ILR visa, I need to show past earnings, currently my earnings upto this month 33200 (salary is 33945) and Tier 1 visa earnings i shown 33145 (salary was 33280).

1. Can I apply with same earnings but salary is difference, any issue?

2. My wife joined last year as a dependant Tier 1 visa, does she eligible for ILR visa?
