i have recieve messages from this website everyday(when members create new topics and reply).now i don't want to recieve any messages anymore.

please tell me how to stop messages,if it's possible please cancle my membership.

You are receiving messages because you are subscribed to one or more forums. This normally happens if you have previously sent a message to our forums.

At the bottom of each e-mail there is a link to unsubscribe from the selected forum. Also, each forum page has a link to unsubscribe at the top right.

If none of the above works/available then just drop me an e-mail on siteadmin@lifeintheuk.org and I'll cancel your subscriptions.
