Am a dependent of my wife on her asylum claim and i wanted to claim again for asylum myself and my wife and child as my dependents.We are already leaving in a nus house but i dont no if am to claim will it not affect  the house and my claim.                       

The Asylum is not a cake walk any more so if you decide to change your status or submit another application, THINK and THINK again. Best thing is to check with an Immigration Advisor or a solicitor who specializes in Immigration or better yet Asylum area. I am not sure why you want to do what you said you want to do. What is the problem if they are still considering your application?

What do you think that Home office will be quicker or consider it differently?
