Hi friends,
My name is Satya. I and my wife are British citizens (acquired through naturalization).
Our daughter is 12 years old (DOB: 30-10-1996). She is born in India. We both had Indian passports at the time of her birth.
We all moved to U.K subsequently. I and my husband naturalized as British citizens later. We could not able to apply for our daughters naturalization at that time along with us. (she was not in U.K with us during that time)
Currently we are living in US on a long term assignment.
We want to register her as a British citizen.
I have gone through the material, but I could not able to find an answer to which forms do we need to use and what category to apply.
Could you guys please advise us what is the process to apply from US and under which category we shall apply for her?
