Hi every one,can you please help me.My wife is british citizen and i'm holding a limited leave to remain visa for 3 years expire this nov.Am i qualify to apply for ILR this april since i have finish the 2yrs.qualifying period as a husband.

Hi, Yes you can apply for indefinite leave to remain in UK as you are a husband of a British citizen. I am sure you will have ILR in the UK and after this you could apply for naturalisation as a British citizen . Good luck in your application.
