As you are applying on the basis of Work Permit Holder, as you know you got to have completed 5 years' continuous stay in the UK as a work permit holder.

Your WP-2 has finished on 30.01.06 and the WP-3 has started from 01.04.06 which contains 2 months gap in your supposed 5 years continuous stay.

So as long as I know, your 5 years time has started from 01.04.06 and you would be entitled to apply for your ILR from 28 days before the date of 01.04.11. As your WP-5 expires on 25.03.11 you don't need to get another one because the first date you can apply for ILR is 04.03.11, which means you have enough time.

By the way you have a limitation in the number of the days spending outside  the UK, so watch out!

Hope you've got your answer, however, you can call them, consult with them about that 2 months gap and make sure.
