You will have 45 minutes to answer 24 questions and you will see the remaining time on your screen constantly. As far as I know, most people will finish their exam early however you will not be given your test results until everyone finishes their test.

So far, only chapters 2,3 and 4 is included and you will not see any questions from the remaining of the book. If in the future Home Office decides to add more chapters then I'm sure it will be published on their website and you will be told by the test centre.
