Hi! I intially came here in 2003 on 6 months visiting visa, but due to the bad health of my grand parents who are British citizens I over stayed to look after their health. I’m an illegal immigrant (perhaps as I overstayed). I've got my case pending for last few years. I'm 22 years old know and look after my gradparents. I've got a job offer but I don't have insurance number. I just wanted to know if I'm eligable to work in the UK and should I apply for insurance number.
