I know you have had a lot of these emails, but I would like to get some peoples personal experiences if possible, just so I can gage how long I can expect to wait.

I have completed my 2 years under the spouse visa, passed my life in the UK test and sent off my application for indefinite leave to remain.

So this is where I am sitting, I received a letter 3 day’s after I sent my application through to confirm it had been received by the home office stating they would contact me if they required any further information from me, I have now been waiting 5 weeks to hear anything back.

I did call at the 20 working day mark hoping I might have made it into the 70% of applications processed in that time, but was told I could not query the status before the 14 week mark?

On average how long have most people had to wait?
