Hi,

My wife holds ILR. She left UK in 2006. To retain her ILR, she visited back to UK in 2008 stayed 21 days and returned back to home country. I am a UK citizen. Now I want to come back to UK as I got a job. Should my wife apply for returning resident visa as she did not stay enough time when she visited last time to UK. My company is insisting me to go for a returning resident visa.

If I apply for returning resident visa, will it affect her ILR status? Any idea of probablity of getting this visa? I have job offer letter and funds in bank to show, but will it be sufficient to convince them for this visa?
