If you can give the exact reason for the family problem, then the Home Office considers the same. Thy will also see the overall stay. If you are hit with some of the legal issues (like 498a) and passport was impounded, then you can get the reprive.

I am due to apply ILR by the 8th Feb 2009. This is as per the Judicial Review I can apply within 4 years.

In my case I am facing a problem living out of the country for than 3 months i.e more than 100 days continously.

Yes I did stayed more than 3 months at a streach due to some family probles when I have granted an HSMP.

Altogether I have more than 250 days in last four years.

I am asking if you can help me on my ILR how manage these many days living abroad that at one time more than 3 months.

Please help....
