Hi all, i made a fresh claim since 2008 and was ask 4photos and other supportindg documents since march but have not been able to hear anything from the ukba. for now i am not in receive of any bennefit. can anyone help me with the idea on how to get nass support. many thanks.

When did you made fresh claim and when did you sent the photographs, and if you've done that you don't need NASS support at all. Your case has been regarded as legacy case and they've asked you to send them 4 pass port zise photoes.

My advise is be patient as the process takes long time as mcuh as 6 months or even more some times as you know there is a big queue and HO are extremely busy.
