Hi anybody can help me please, i was working in shop and by mistake i sold

drink to under 18 year old girl, police charge me and i was in court in jan 09,

court give me 200 pounds fine, this is my first convicition,

can i apply for naturalisaiton after jan 11, or i have to wait another 3 more

year, i m really confused, please help me
