After 5 yrs in UK I applied for PR for my wife (I am a EEA passport holder). They requested more docs to cover some gaps. I provided them thru recorded delivery without taking docs copies for myself (error number 1). HO says they got nothing and rejected the PR app. I appealed to 1st tier tribunal but lost because the stupid judge said I have not attached copies of documents I sent the HO. The form did not ask for documents to be attached in the first place and still the bleeding judge dismissed the appeal. I now have to re-appeal and need to turn the house upside down to get evidence that I and my wife lived in the UK for 5 years. For God sake we have two daughters born here and I lived here for 26 yrs now!

Judge says the burden of proof is on me to provide the evidence. I have given them post office track ID which shows the HO signature!

Anyone has any advice on how to deal with the HO and the 1st Tier Tribunal in such cases? Thank you all, Hamid
