I would be really grateful if somebody could please advise.

I have been in the UK for 10 years and have applied for ILR status on the basis of 10 year stay.

I have 2 daughters. First one is born i the UK in 2003 and the second one in India in 2009.

I believe that once we both parents get ILR, our daughter born in the UK can apply for British Passport.

I wondered if my second daughter born in India could do the same or has to apply for ILR before she is granted a British passport.
