i want advice on how will i get indifinite. my husband is a uk citisen i have 2 children we have been married for 5 years my husband is working in dubai i have to come to england for my children studies i am with my in-laws for 3 months with in 5 years i used to stay with my laws for 6 months sometimes 3 months and goes back to dubai. my husband is working in dubai for past 6 years even he visit his family 2 times a year. i got my settlement spouse visa from dubai embassy for 2 years it says on visa kol is requried which means life in the uk test which i have passed now when i came to england i would like to know will i get indinite from dubai or from uk even thought my husband is in dubai
