I am work permit holder since 2006 as stated below

Nov. 2006 – Nov. 2011 Work Permit First Employer

Jan. 2007 – March 2012 Work Permit Second employer

I do have questions with towards ILR application about the rules changes of 6th April 2011.

The New income requirement for person, who holds the work permit, must be paid appropriate rate as stated in codes of practice.

I have checked the code of practice which is appropriate to my job title. I am been paid bit less.

Does this new laws even apply to the person who holds the work permit since 2006?
