can any please advice me what to do with my situation ?

I ve got my ILR from 2009 I was married but now im seperated ( not divorced and not legally seperated either )

I m want to apply for british citizenship on the basis of the 5 years residency but I really dont know the steps I have passed my life in the uk test in 2009 too . Can anyone give us some advice
