I don't believe so.

But why not check with a visa specialist? I posted the name of a good forum over in the links section.

OK, you say you passed the test last year in 2006.  Then you waited 10 months before sending in your application? Right?  When you sent your application in did you send in the paper that had your results of the test showing that you had passed?  Do you still have the official paper that shows you passed the Life in the UK test?  If you can't prove you passed then they will probably want you to take the test again, but I'm not certain on that.  Best thing you can do is to call the immigration people & talk with them about it so you can get this straightened out.  Good luck.

Let me make sure I understand you correctly. You passed your Life in the UK Test in July 2006, then sent off your application. The IND then took 10 months to decide your case, and when they did, they refused your application. It sounds to me, from what you have written, that they refused on grounds *other* than a problem with the Life in the UK Test. Is this correct?

If all of that is correct, and if they have returned your Test-Pass Certificate, then I see no reason why you should not be able to use it again. The Life in the UK test does not have an expiry date. However, if your application was refused because there was something wrong with your Test, then obviously that's a different matter.

You may want to check with an advisor.

I passed my life in the UK Test last year exactly on Saturday 29/07/2006.

For some circumstances my application was refused after 10 months waiting.

Anyway I am over the shock feeling now and I need to make a fresh application.

My question now, Do I need to take the Life In The UK Test AGAIN?

Your quick help/thoughts/ideas would be so much appreciated.

Kind Regards

Hi, did they say that your application was refused due to your test? Do they mention anything such as the test centre doesn't meet the standard?

Thank you. I am still waiting for my application. And they said that I can take the test again if I like.
