Home office definitely want to know anything that has gone through the courts so you must mention it in your application. Read the instructins carefully and fill the form properly according to their requirements.

The time starts when you first arrive in UK not when you file for asylum. IN order to avoid confusion you may wait 5-6 weeks more before you apply.  You have not mentioned anything about the Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK. You also need to have Indefinite Leave to remain in UK for at least 1 years.

hi mr waheed and thank you for replaying ,i have got indefinit leave to remain from 2003 ,am just confused because smoebody told me that you dont need to mentioned the point in my driving liecence and other guy said you have to put it on ,so i dont know really what should i do.

Just remember that somebody is not going to
sign your application. It?s your signature going on that application and you
don't want to hide anything, especially something that is part of a court
record.

No need to be confused. Traffic Offence are
common occurrence and home office will not reject your application because you
got points. However, they can reject your application if you do not list it and
in checking your record they come across your traffic Violation.

I am not a solicitor and cannot advice you
on this matter. You do need to check with a solicitor if you think that it was
a International License and they might not be able to connect your previous

hi for all people on the wepsite , am just confused ,i have got 6 point in my driving licence have been given in the court last year for the reason of driving with international driving liecence after staying 2 years in the uk,do i need to maintin it on the applcationform or not. my other qutestion is when should i apply for the nationalty as i arrived in the uk on 09/05/2001 and i apply for the asylum on 18/06/2001 ,i mean from the date you arrive uk or from the date you supmet your asylum applcation .
