I am not very familiar with Glasgow area but want to give you few options to help you.

Best thing is to call the councils that provid ethis service. Actually first try your own council and ask them if they can do it or if they have any suggestions.  Find Citizen Advisory Bureau in your area, they might be able to help. Lastly travel to the nearest city that provide this service.  I guess Manchester would be the closest place.
