So far information that I have is that you can take the test and it
never expires. However, home office is going to change this test and
add more chapters to it, that's what I heard so I don't know what will be their requirement
when your naturalisation is due. Most likely they will honour the
test.  On the other hand I will definitely wait because Home Office
have the final say in it, they may accept it or they may not.

From what I read the other day, once you passed the test, there is no expiration of this test...so you if take the test as early as now, even if you due for naturalisation on july, your test result will be valid forever...  the website does give a guideline that you can take the test anytime...i suggest to take the test before april, coz they'll gonna publish 2nd edition of the book and they will add few chapters to the test.

I just wanted to know that, I will be able to apply for Naturalisation in July, so can I take the Life in the UK test now or am I required to take the new test after April ? I have other exams to take and wouldv'e liked to complete this test now. Thanks
