I will apply for naturalization soon. I started to keep my holiday dates for last 3 yrs. But I can't remember the dates before that. I went for holiday in USA 2 times in that period. Can't remember any dates and can't find any seal on the passport either.  Can find the entry date but no exit stamp on the passport from USA. There is no stamp given at Heathrow. What should I do? Should I omit those dates? Or if I give estimated date will it affect my application if it is wrong? Or can I get those dates i.e. from  Immigration or other organisation?

Please share some experience and advice.

Thanks in advance.

Do the best you can. If you have exit but no entry record make a good estimate. USA will always make an entry stamp but they may make a mistake to. I was lucky because I kept record of my entry and exit to everywhere. This is basically to calculate your time out of UK. If you are applying on Marriage to a British basis then you have no problem as you have 3 years record.

Try finding answer from your papers like pay slips or bank record where you start using your credit card, or starting your church services. Events like birthdays marriages may also provide you some help. I had three places where my entry stamp was not present in last three years but I kept the record and they never questioned me even though it was not on the passport.
