IS there anybody can answer my question ? or advice me what to do?your help would be highly appreciated.

I entered this Country in June 2001 with exeptional Visa for four years.

In August 2005 I applied with my family for Asylum Seeker, I stayed in Asylum Seeker status until January 2008.

In this month we have been guaranteed Refuge status with 5 years residence permit.

My question is 'When should I apply for ILR ?'

I did not see this post before but if you are still looking for an answer. Here is what I think and you should check with Immigration SOLICITOR OR ADVISOR because I am not one of those.

As soon as you complete your legal stay of 5 Years you can apply for ILR and then you need to stay with that ILR for 12 months before you can apply for nationality. According to my calculation your ILR application can be filed June 2006 or when you go tthe answer in Jan 2008
