if you are still married to the British citizen and you have ILR, then technically you can apply for citizenship if you have lived in the UK for 3 years or more. However, if I were you I would check with an immigration advisor to be sure of all the details.

i am really confused when aperson can apply british nationality


it is saying that aperson in uk 5 years can get


if u are maried wih some one who is british citizen u can get with in 3 years


what about if u are here in the united kindom and u have indefinite leave to remain and u came as sponsor ship and u no longer leave the person or u have been saperated more than 26 weaks how many years can u be biritsh citizen?
