I got invitation letter for citizenship ceremony today. Took 6 weeks from applying.

Criteria: 4yrs WP + 1 RS,   Bangladeshi

Applied through NCS on 24th Jan 2007.

Received letter of acknowledgement on 10th Feb (dated 30/01/07).

Got letter from local council to attend ceremony on 12th April (dated 08/01)

My question is

Can I bring the date forward ? I want to avoid 1st April for new passport rule.

If not Is there any web site which will tell me the address of the new interview centre?
