Hello,

Apply for the passport, be honest with them about what happened. You paid the price, so let it go & be positive about getting the passport.

If yr criminal record is spent, then U can apply for citizenship. See the Guidance notes.

i had crinmal record in 2001 and got community services,now i passed my test can i still apply for passport.
