Hi, yes your husband could apply for ILR in the UK as he is the husband of a British citizen and the application will not be affected by having a disable child who is receiving benefits.

i am a british born.i have 6 kids,2 of the kids are my husbands and im pregnant with our 3rd child i have one child who is disabled,im recieving benefits at the moment and my husband is will to work in england does this effect us getting a settlement visa
