Does anyone know whether you have to pass the whole 24 questions or just under?

Only 18 out of 24, this is driving me mad as I pass every test on here by 24 0r 23 but when I do other sites I fail all the time and only pass 1 out of 4 test. try other sites aswell, is my advise. I got my test in the morning. Not good!
