my friend has a (in10) means driving car without insurance and £ 200 fine and 6 points in his licences on may 2008. but was not disquilifield for driving or banned should he need to write in his citizenship application? there will be no sentences and not invited by court... any idea? if he write this to his application did he refused? do uk border really carry out this sort of cheks? what happens if his dont write to his application?
