DEAR SIR/MADAM,
 
GOOD DAY TO YOU,
MY NAME IS DONNA I CAME HERE VIA STUDENT VISA TIER 4 AUGUST 2011 AND I GET MARRIED TO AN ENGLISH MAN LAST JULY 2012 APPLY MY SPOUSE VISA LAST JANUARY 2013 AND I GET THE RESULT OF MY APPLICATION LAST APRIL STATING THAT THEY REFUSE MY VISA APPLICATION BEING A SPOUSE DUE TO LACK OF EVIDENCE IN THE FINANCIAL ASPECT AS PER MY HUSBAND WAS CONCERN. AND ANOTHER REASON WAS MY SCHOOL LICENSE HAS BEEN REVOKED NOVEMBER 2012 AND MY STUDENT VISA WAS ENDED JANUARY 2013.
 
NOW UKBA GIVEN ME VISA UNTIL OCTOBER DUE TO MY EVIDENCE OF BEING PREGNANT, NOW I GIVEN BIRTH AND IM CONFUSED WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER OCTOBER SHALL I NEED TO APPLY ANOTHER VISA?

If your husband does not earn enough to meet financial requirement, then any visa application will be automatically refused, so no point in applying for any visa as it will just be a waste of money.

Immediately contact a good and experienced specialist immigration solicitor to see if there is any scope of applying under 10 years family route.
