Dear Liz

I apply for my ILR permanent residenton in UK after I live here 5years in UK and 7th May 2009, I applied my permanent resident in Home Office and the money is been withdrawn from my bank on 15th May 2009.Still I am waiting for my Home Office decision on ILR /PR now going to be 12 month on 7th April 2010.

My name is Francis my wife Rebecca and my two sons Seby 8yrs and Shane 4yrs
If you kindly give me advice because I call Home Office they say I need to wait.,

ILR applications take about 14 weeks to decide. Sometimes they may take even longer. UKBA wont respond to any enquiries made within 14 weeks of submitting your application. So ringing them before 14 weeks will just be a waste of time.

HI EVERY ONE,

Its been while since anybody posted any questions or new disscusions on the forum. please bring everything you have to this forum its the great place to talk
