I called Home office!

Basically, as i mention above, i,m not applying on the basies of marriage. so i,m not applicable to fill it. But if i do, it doesnt matter.

But it is not asking any my status.

That section for only who want sto apply on the marriage base.

Sorry, I wasn't able to help you properly but my suggestion is that you fill that information. You might not be applying on marriage basis but they do need to know about your family status. I looked at the form and did not find anything on it, that you only have to provide that information if you are applying on marriage basis. Anyway, I am not expert and if you have checked with Home office and they have instructed you they have the final word. Check the instructions on the guide for 1.29.  I understand that you need to provide this information but if you read it you may decide differently.

Please some body help me out!

I came from Afghanistan in 1998 and claimed asylum. Then I got married with a British born girl in England. But in 2000, I got Exceptional leave to remain, and then Indefinite leave to remain, meanwhile I withdraw my marriage application from Home Office.

So, in simple words, I got indefinite leave to remain with out marriage basis and I qualify over 5 year period with out marriage bais as well.

Now! I?m going to apply Naturalization & for that I gona fill AN(TD) forum. (Not on marriage bases)

My question is, on AN(TD) Naturalization forum page 6, Do I need to fill up 1.29,1.30,1.31,1.32 & 1.33 (information about my marriage, wife etc) or NOT?
